Allpax Can Loaders form the cans, jars or bottles into a layer pattern using square and rectangular baskets, then sweep the pattern into the retort basket for sterilization and then unload the layered containers from the basket and dispatch the retorted containers to the labeling operation.

The Allpax AIR DRONE is a device that was designed to accomplish basket transport into, and out of, the retort safely and efficiently. The machine is a flat-profile robot that runs on rails and travels underneath the baskets.
The RIBBI - the Retort Basket Indexer - is a robot that removes the retort operator from the position of pushing and pulling heavy baskets to load and unload the retort.

The Allpax Automated Batch Retorting System (ABRS) automates all functions of the retort room into a continuous system that offers the advantage of constant product flow, efficiency, and minimum operators.
