The 5202 is the highest level in the R&D/small production line of retorts from Allpax. Just like the 2402 and 3802, the 5202 gives you everything you need to run your product just the way you want. It has the same construction options but it boasts a 52 inch process vessel that allows you to run a full production basket of product.
