The Allpax water immersion rotating retorts are meticulously designed to process all types of containers, with a focus on trays, jars, bottles and cans. Water immersion processing is extremely efficient for heat-sensitive products (such as milk-based drinks and soups), rotational processing provides even better product quality and process efficiency.

• Static or Rotary designs.
• Available in 24" / 610mm to 72" / 1800mm diameter in static mode.
• Sizes from 24" / 610mm to 63" / 1600mm diameter in rotary mode.
• Lengths from 2 basket to 8 basket capacity.
• Patented basket clamping evenly distributes forces.
• Space saving Orbiting Door.
  
• External extreme-duty trunion rollers allow maintenance without insert removal.
