The Allpax Dual-Mode retort with Saturated Steam and Water Spray process capabilities provides producers the ability to process multiple types of containers on the same line. Steel and aluminum cans, glass jars and bottles, pouches and polymeric bowls, trays & bottles can all be processed on the same retort line offering huge savings to manufacturers. Additionally, the Dual-Mode retort can process containers with easy-open features which have delicate closures requiring precise overpressure/counterpressure control.
