In-plant support team at Allpax

In-Plant Support

We understand processing plants, and we know that when equipment is down it costs you money. That's why Allpax uses severe-duty designs and components for all of our machinery. Even our laboratory and research machinery is built with industrial grade components. With our advanced controls packages, most of the trouble-shooting for our equipment can be done electronically via a remote connection. But when you need in-plant support, even the most advanced remote support system doesn't replace having an Allpax technician or engineer on site. Our people are available to support you to get your machinery back up and running.

Virtual Onsite Technician

Allpax technicians are always available for critical support questions

When you order sterilization systems, robotics, material handling equipment or software from Allpax, we bring more to your company than just products. Our technical staff is available for on-line support. We've configured our controls systems so that we can offer our customers support that's only a phone call away. Using remote access tools such as VPN, desktop sharing, or dial up modems, we have the ability to dial into our customers' control system for instantaneous trouble-shooting. In most cases, we can diagnose a valve, control device or component as the root cause, right over the phone. This puts you back up and running in no time. Training and Technical Documentation

Training and Technical documentation

Good technical support includes good documentation. Allpax standardizes on software packages to maintain compatibility and transportability of files with our customers. We use AutoCAD for our drawings, Microsoft Project for our project planning schedules, Microsoft Access for parts database development, Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet calculations and functions, and Microsoft Word for technical manuals and technical sheets. We offer pre-installation and post-installation training for operators, maintenance personnel and supervisors.
