Preowned Allpax Ø1400mm Water Spray Retort NEW
This is a 5-position water spray retort with low speed Gentle Motion horizontal reciprocation agitation system. Retort is of 2006 manufacture date per the ASME vessel tag. 304 stainless steel construction with insulated shell and stainless steel cladding. Retort was used for pasteurization and will need a controls upgrade and factory testing prior to shipment.
